Understandable. There's a big gas grill here at the apartment complex. It's just downstairs and free, so I've been using it a lot. It's great. I can cook eight hamburgers in about twenty minutes - and it takes coal that long just to get hot.
But I don't think anything beats a nice thick steak cooked slowly over coal. Maybe it's the smoke from the droppings, I don't know, but it just tastes better. Ultimately, when I barbecue, that's what I really want.
