...my understanding of EMP explosion damage is that they can destroy computer chips, drives ect... Won't effect much else. Of course everything now is computer driven. At least everything new. Cars, Trucks, Aircraft. Hell a stealth fighter is unflyable by a human being if the computer goes out.
