Simpletonian argument, worthy of a lizzard.

We're subsidizing oil companies, and allowing the fkng coal industry a few last gasps of air, the air and the water they are polluting towards their death, so what's the problem with reimbursing insurance companies for insuring the poor? Where do you think the block grants will go, if they don't go to the pockets of the local politicians? They're for those who insure the poor, the insurance companies. One way or another, they gotta get PAID to provide services.

Got it, dumbass?

The temporary deal allows for Congress to make these payments as they should.
