Tinseltown Travelogue
a deplorable's adventures in la la land

BY PATRICK COURRIELCHE
WITH ADRYANA CORTEZ

(teaser - and summarizes what could be worse in one simple sentence)

And believe it or not, in some Hollywood circles, being a conservative is more toxic than a grown man spooning in bed with other people’s kids.

Hyup - you read that correctly. Well known in Tinseltown - this is but Part One. Well worth the read ...

What could possibly be WORSE than what Donald Trump said on that Access Hollywood tape, eh, Halperin? Hmmm ... let me think. Ahhhh, I know ... what YOU actually DID is FAR worse, you sleazebag.

http://dailycaller.com/2017/10/26/throwback-thursday-halperin-lectures-what-could-be-worse-than-access-hollywood-tape/

Mark Halperin, now under fire for alleged sexual misconduct, once attacked Donald Trump over the infamous "Access Hollywood" tape by wondering what "could be worse" than what Trump said. ...

Halperin tweeted:

When people say some new Trump tape could have material that is WORSE than the @accesshollywood video, what exactly could be WORSE?!?
12:15 PM - Oct 9, 2016

He also tweeted:

Tonight's debate could well start with an epic discussion of whether private conduct should matter. https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/785167148150820864 ...
12:18 PM - Oct 9, 2016

Halperin resigned from NBC News Thursday following several allegations of sexual harassment raised by women he worked with at ABC News from 1997 to 2007.

CNN's Oliver Darcy reported that several women (who did not openly go on the record) accused Halperin of harassing behavior.

He allegedly, "[pressed] an erection against their bodies while he was clothed," and touched a female coworkers breasts without any warning or consent.

Halperin acknowledged the reports, admitting that he "did pursue relationships with women that I worked with, including some junior to me," but also apologized, saying, "I now understand from these accounts that my behavior was inappropriate and caused others pain. For that, I am deeply sorry and I apologize. Under the circumstances, I'm going to take a step back from my day-to-day work while I properly deal with this situation."

Ahhhhh ... so, Halperin ... you think some untoward locker room talk is far worse than you pressing your erection against the bodies of women in your office, eh?! Yeah ... RIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!
