The facts:
He had psychological problems. The Coast Guard got rid of him.
Then he made it to .....Afghanistan.
He didn’t like what was going on in his unit, and tried something drastic so he could report to a higher guy. Stupid move.
He got caught, and tried to escape on a number of occasion, was tortured, and after 5 years when he was exchanged, he looked like a mistreated animal, not anything else.
He was jailed for a while, and it was enough for his stupid move. He was not with the enemy, and he was not a traitor. He put his buddies in harms way looking for him.
I think his punishment, includng his jail time before a trial, was excessive, and enough.
Some so-called patriots would like a lynch mob for a kid who did wrong, a kid with psychological problems.
Donald Trump IS tne traitor for his 5 bone spur deferments. He defrauded America and let others less fortunate, with little money, take his place and some die. And now, he’s a chickenhawk.
