That's for sure. It's going to cost as much as a small house. But that makes sense, given that the section that was just poured could be used as an apartment. (Not legally, though, since it wasn't approved as a residence.) It will be well insulated and have a shower, sink and toilet. It wouldn't take much to add a refrigerator and small stove. Maybe a washer/dryer too. If I ever want a farmhand, he can have his own place.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
