...when your computer goes to a website it downloads all the photo's and doesn't download them on every visit cause it already has them. This gives your computer more time to deal with the real important things like spam. When a photo is changed on a website and ya go to that website your computer will proudly display whatever the same named photo used to be. The 'refresh' thingy causes the computer to once again download all the photo's from website and display the most recent.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
Okay, now it works. I wonder why that added step is necessary to see it?
