...romeo and Juliette was both southerners. The big squabble between their families was as to whether or not sugar should be put in cornbread. Romeo's family was old school and thought that when ya put sugar in cornbread it wasn't cornbread anymore, it was really gritty cake. After the tragedy Julietts family moved off to the north where they started making grits with sugar in it while Romeo's family opened a chain of restaurants where grits were only served with salt pepper and bacon drippings.
