""In just two days, many of us will join friends and family in celebrating the spirit of Thanksgiving. But as we learned today, the FCC majority is about to deliver a cornucopia full of rotten fruit, stale grains, and wilted flowers topped off with a plate full of burnt turkey," said Commissioner Mignon Clyburn. "Their Destroying Internet Freedom Order would dismantle net neutrality as we know it by giving the green light to our nation's largest broadband providers to engage in anti-consumer practices, including blocking, slowing down traffic, and paid prioritization of online applications and services.""

I have an AT&T cell account, unlimited plus, shared, which is clear: Up to 22GBs of data per month, my speeds will be at maximum. I only use up to 8 or 9 GBs a month, and occasionally when traveling higher, but never even came close. Above 22GBs, they will throttle me till the end of the billing cycle for the month. So, no problem for me, as I will never be throttled.

When I was deciding on this plan, I looked at other companies and their offerings, and saw what will happen if this bullshit goes through, already happening with T-Mobile, for example. They give you "unlimited" but video will come in at low res, and other malarkey like that, and once you go over 3GBs, they will throttle you. They advertise unlimited, but they offer SHIT.

So, this mofo is in the pockets of these companies that will be screwing us all, very soon.

The way the internet should be managed is by letting these companies compete on SERVICE and SPEED. They are just PIPE keepers and nothing more. What goes through their pipe should only have to do with COMPETING against others who cannot provide the speeds they are advertising and selling, instead of fake competition with caveats and surcharges, and all that weaseldygook.

But the dotard doesn't understand the person who actually BUYS and PAYS for internet access, and knows what that is. Does anyone think Trump ever saw a bill from Comcast, Optimum, Verizon, or anyone else that provides internet access. He has no fang CLUE! His only trigger is the word regulation. Well, America will soon find out when they start pulling their hair when their Netflix movie isn't ....streaming, and their Internet service provider tells them to fork out more money for ...that.

Anyone have problem with reading their cellular bills?

Wait until this shit comes into effect for their internet service, too!
