I see no evidence of any partisan bias at all. Apparently, there are many, too many, men in positions of power that think it is permissible to assault women.
When women start voting for women in the same manner that men vote for men, the sexual bias in our legislatures, our courtrooms and in the White House will change, and one hundred years after suffrage, equal rights for women will start to become a reality.
