I know squat about firearms, but I did have a .45 Pistol in the Army. Anybody who would shoot at a deer from 200 yards away with a pistol is an incredible idiot. The idea that he could 'make' the shot and not discern it was a human being and not a deer defines this guy as a liar or a total jackass. Firing blindly in a residential area? The bastard belongs in jail.
