...consider the trouble the govt had rounding up two beltway snipers. Now think about how much trouble they could have with 100 million or so. I am not advocating any such, just pointing out that with most of the world embroiled some sort of internal violence that it could happen here and couldn't be easily put down. That's what we thought when we went into Vietnam.
