...if a school for atheist and agnostics taught evolution would it be religious prejudice?

Personally I don't think any private school should get government assistance and that they should be able to teach whatever they want. Im just trying to point out that you have no proble with what taxpayer funded schools teach unless it is different from what you believe.

Not if they depend on taxpayer's money they should not. Beside, if were an Islamic school getting tax dollars and they required all girls to wear a hijab, you'd be the first to scream to high heaven.
