I agree.

Those supporting this scheme claim this will create jobs.
That's bogus.
You know what creates jobs, supply & demand.
Unfortunately, we are a consumer based economy. There comes a time when people don't need or want 'stuff', at least at the volume we used to consume.

I could see reducing corporate tax, some.
But they didn't even close the loopholes! so they get a win-win...

Why didn't any of them consider giving a tax credit to take care of your sick & ailing relatives, at home?
The greatest drain for many families is this issue.

I guess csl will score you as a maybe on the tax bill.

If I thought you get growth by reducing taxes I'd be for it. But I see no evidence that lowering taxes from these sorts of levels does much other than produce deficits.

I accept the claim reductions in tax will generate growth at very high rates. But that's not where America is. This is robbing all children to save very rich parents from paying their own bills.
