...he went to work for the fbi in 1996. Hardly 30 years and he will not get a full pension, he will get full benefits, but not a full pension. Ya have to have 30 to get a full pension.

It's hardly an 'early' retirement, unless you consider 30 years with a FULL pension, 'early'...
