ANY person in ANY state that has a state income tax can deduct that from their federal Income tax filig assuming that they have enough enough itemized deductions to do so or else they would be better off taking the standard deduction which just increased to 24,000 dollars.

WHY is it nobody calls him out on this sort of BULL ????
