The consumer is basically stupid, and believes others have to rescue them from themselves.
Parental controls are expansive, even on Apple's Airport routers, one can set internet access preferences per IP address, etc....and on Apple computers themselves.
So the ignorant and the stupid keep making fools of themselves in public.
That's why kids in many states can't read. Because their parents SUCK.
