I had the rare experience of being one of the few people who ever got to use an Apple 'Lisa' computer back in the early 80's. I made one of the first sales calls that our company (McDonnell Douglas) made at Apple to sell them our CAD/CAE/CAM software system. This was when their main product was the Apple II. I remember visiting their offices, which at the time was in a series of 'spec-built' one-story industrial buildings in Silicon Valley. It's also when you could look at an employees ID badge and by reading the number on it you would know in what order they had been hired and so if you were dealing with someone with only a single or double digit number, you knew that you were dealing one of the real Apple pioneers.

Anyway, while they were looking at our software they loaned us an Apple 'Lisa' so that we could give them some feedback and we had it our San Jose office for a couple of months and several times I was up there and got to 'play' with it. It was the first computer with a true 'graphical' interface and was so unique that most of us sort of missed the notion that what we were seeing was truly a paradigm shift in the making. Of course the 'Lisa' was never a success, but it did let the world see what was coming.

Here is what the 'Lisa' looked like:

Anyone using WinDOZE or Android( a terrible JAVA based attempt at cloning iOS) is doing a STUPID THING!

Notice, I did not say they are stupid, because some people can't help themselves for reasons not having to do with the knowledge of and/or desire of acquiring and using Apple hardware and software.

Apple haters always LOSE. They lose files, privacy, immeasurable hours of time trying to fix that shit called WinDOZE, but they hate what they don't know or can't figure, and lastly ....Steve. Although he's been dead for 6 years now. they still hate him, because he showed them not only a much better way, but because he also changed the pitiful future for them. this Century, is going to be set in history as the Steve Jobs Century, just as the last one was Einstein's.

Back in 1995 I bought my first Mac, after years of being an IBM engineer and licking the candy that "Macs are toys". I sill remember that green flashing piece of crap on the text input IBM PC. What a FKNG JOKE! And what a terror to use for anyone who wasn't an engineer, at the time. I had never used a Mac, and had engaged in some back and forth with a woman artist, at the time, who told me that Windows 3.0, the first point and click WinDOZE version, was "NOT A MAC". It took me 5 years to find out she was right, and I still remember that back and forth, and how sure I was that I was right. I WAS WRONG. VERY WRONG!

I started up the machine, and It was immediately evident to me that I was entering an experience that was different and human, and I was correct: Over twenty years later, that experience has been widely available on every piece of computing hardware people use around the world, whether PC(sadly and badly) or Android(badly), to one degree or another, and everything in between. I have only touched a PC and WinDOZE, even on a Mac, as business required me to do so, but never personally. But for those who do, and there are still many who can't bring their brains around a Mac or iPhone, that's fine with me. I just won't help them "fix it", whatever it is. I can do anything with that shit, but I just won't touch it. I think it should just fkng DIE!

I just smile when I hear of the "peaks and valleys" of shit hardware and software use, maintenance, and security.

And it's an evil smile. I couldn't give a shit.

Phewww, took it off my chest.

LOL
