It's funny - I was getting "display driver failure" errors several times a day, and then they stopped happening one day. Great! I figured that it was an OS bug that Microsoft must have fixed with a patch. A month passed and then, yesterday, I started getting the errors again.
I still suspect Microsoft is futzing around with things.
