THIS IS why the replacing of the stolen Social Security funds by Congress should be required to be replaced.

Thieving criminals all of them... Always willing to spend someone else's money they put in but never their own....

REPLACE the IOU'S CONGRESS or else, forget about cutting the benefits and find cuts elsewhere.....
