The Employee's side of FICA withholding is as follows:

* Social Security: 6.20% (subject to limitation - not applicable on wages above $128,400 in 2018 )
* Medicare: 1.45% (applicable on first $200,000 of wages and then 2.35% on all wages above $200,000).

In general, the total FICA rate is 7.65% on the Employee and another 7.65% on the Employer.

The State of Washington has a "Worker's Compensation Tax," the payment of which is split between the Employee and Employer (although, I am not sure what the % split is between the Employee and Employer). The rate of the tax is dependent upon the risk classification of the job being performed.

Your employer for some reason is deducting Workers comp out of your check which means you are paying for workers comp yourself.

SS for the employee portion should be about 7.64 percent of your gross wages. I don;t get the medicare part. Maybe Beldin does. That is an interesting federal withholding amount. Shows the federal tax reduction....

Still, a lot of your check missing. A full week's check will look better for ya pal!
