True ... because the Democrats rigged the Kalifornia electoral system. They don't have separate Democrat and Republican primaries ... the new Democrat-rigged "Top-Two Primary System" has the top two vote-getters go to the general election for statewide races. Therefore, with a very heavy libtard population, many of the races end up with two Democrats vying in the general election.
