Unless he went to the doctor's office very soon after the accident, or the hospital, and have some medical grounds substantiated, they won't listen....
I actually went to the hospital and had a radiology test on my brain because I literally could not see the next day while driving. A LARGE contusion had occurred on the entire back of my brain from where it hit the headrest so hard and State Farm still did not want to pay for the damages from their DRUNK DRIVER....
