what was the damage? Did you get hurt at all that you have medical claims for?
When I was hit by a truck back in 2014 I had to hire a lawyer to force the trucking company's insurance WOLVES to actually PAY for my medical bills.
It would up costing them a lot more than that afterward.
If they had just been honest and done the right thing to start with it would not have gone to that.
I really dislike insurance companies anymore. Unless YOU have a personal injury lawyer in your family they will take advantage of the fact that unless you take them to court, because your own insurance company will not, you are basically screwed....
report the accident to my insurance company, they take care of the problem and then they work it out with the other insurance company.
Like I said, Allstste is doing nothing for us. The lady in the other car got a ticket for running a red light. I thought that made it pretty clear who was at fault.
