what was the damage? Did you get hurt at all that you have medical claims for?
I was stopped at a light and, when I started out, she ran the red light. So, I was soing slow and hit her right quarter panel. She was doing atleast the speed limit, 45 mph. Nomody was injured. Even after the fact wehaven't had any neck or back pain. But the front end of our Subaru Forester was destroyed, costing $10,800 to fix. Should have it back by the end of the month.

When I was hit by a truck back in 2014 I had to hire a lawyer to force the trucking company's insurance WOLVES to actually PAY for my medical bills.
It would up costing them a lot more than that afterward.
If they had just been honest and done the right thing to start with it would not have gone to that.
I really dislike insurance companies anymore. Unless YOU have a personal injury lawyer in your family they will take advantage of the fact that unless you take them to court, because your own insurance company will not, you are basically screwed....
