...I think trump is against running the country by executive order. Ya never know who the next pres might be and that which can be done with a pen and a phone can be undone with a pen and a phone. IMHO, a law has more lasting effect on things, second only to a constitutional amendment. I think it should be law and I believe that dems and reps could pass one if the dems can ever get over being opposed to anything trump.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
