LOL! I didn't think so. Rajesh never implemented proper display of unicode character sets. That's why you get all those bizarre characters if you paste certain quotes, apostrophes, dashes and other characters. The post editor accepts 'em, but the code that processes for display screws 'em up. Been like that from the beginning.
