Agreed De!
I am really excited about you joining the ranks of OLD CODGERS CLUB! You may not be old like some around here such as our good friend RIBS, who wanted to steal my golf clubs,) lol! or DGP or Jack. Me? I'm just a spring chicken.
I was given a starter set of pain pills to help me deal with the severity of the pinched sciatic nerve. This won;t last me until surgery. But he will refill it.
I have not had much success with overdosing on Aleve and Tylenol migraine combined. They are better than nothing but not much.
I really am excited about the micro surgical tools he uses. Nice doc in his mid fifties I would say. He showed me the MRI and exactly what is wrong and said if it was him, he would definitely get this done to get out of pain. I agree. I just don;t like waiting another month..... It's been since mid-November this started.
BTW
JOEY sounded GREAT on the link provided. I love college choirs. My youngest is an operatic Soprano. She took vocal lessons for years. She has quite a range and her voice is resonant. She and the choir were invited by Mayor Guliani of New York right after 911 happened and they got the debris cleared up to participate in some ceremonies.
I got a hat. From ground zero. The mayor across the Bridge in New Jersey then wanted them to come to his city and sing for a ceremony also. They did. That is perhaps why I enjoyed listening to Joey's choir and seeing him develop.
They only grow up once De! Be there as much as you can for them. You're doing pretty good so far!
Best to you and your family
