First off, a company in TX put these lanes in place here. They get 73% of the proceeds!! Crazy, anyway, the max it gets to charge drivers right now is $10, that is $20 a day just to drive on roads our taxes ALREADY pay for. What a scam our DOT is here.
NOW they want to raise it above $10, their reasoning ?? HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA they figure if they price it where only the elite will pay the increase, it will cut down on the traffic on these toll lanes HAAAAAAAAAAAA.
A lot of folks will not use it. TOO bad they couldn't make it work in the first place. There are too many people moving here. We do NOT have the roads or the places to make new roads. I can see in 5 years the NW will be total gridlock 7 days a week........ Glad I live north of this shit. Thing is our roads here are getting maxed out as well............
