I agree with the judge but she does not go far enough.
The termination of those chumps at the FBI is only them being inconvenienced by having to find another job that someone will pay them in spite of their obvious laziness and dereliction of duty which resulted in the murder of 17 people needlessly.
They have BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS and this time it is FACTUAL and PROVEN.
SOmebody in that corrupt bastion needs to be charged with accessory to murder. Period. Nt just lose thier jobs.
There are 17 families who woke up this morning without their CHILD or their DAD ....... There are hundred of brothers and sisters of these kids who suddenly no longer have a sibling.....
No Judge. THis time ACCOUNTABILITY MUST HAPPEN.
Not just losing some jobs, which also MUST happen.
THOSE who neglected the leads and did not follow up on them, PLUS those who openly LIED to us in front of a microphone should also be charged.
I won;t be happy until one of these scumbags is actually doing time and in a cell with bubba and several of bussba's friends... And they all know he was a fed....
THE FBI owes every one of these families TONS of money, but more so, accountability must happen.
Their negligence is directly attributable to the murders of all these people. WGEN you intentionally do not do what you are paid to do, you are responsible for what goes wrong as a result of it. YOU allowed it to happen.
YOU BEAR responsibility.... Not just the shooter. He could have been stopped.... He should have been stopped. BUT a few people both in FBI and in Sheriff's office did not do their duty, their jobs, thier obligations to keep the people safe.
I DEMAND they be charged criminally and be held liable and prosecuted.....
THEN this CRAP will stop......
