We made an appointment last week to look at one condo on Saturday. We didn't like it and it was expensive. But that morning my wife found two more than had just come on the market. The realtor was able to show them, and the second one was EMPTY! My eyes must have popped - because you just don't find empty condos at this time of the year. I figure that the place was vacated at the end of last semester and the owner spent the last two months fixing it up.

So it has new appliances, new paint, and hard wood floors that might be new. It's an old brick complex (built in 1962), but it's well maintained, it looks nice inside and out, and it's perfect for access to the college and shopping. My son was very happy when he heard where it is. I think he'll be even happier when he sees it.
