Here (hopefully) I will post a few pictures from the
North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
I don't think I had a digital camera when GirlFriend
and I went to Yellowstone . . .

This would be along the road into the North Rim.
This should be a view of the Canyon from the North
Rim. Where you see the people, I believe, was called
'Bright Angel Point'. (But it was a while . . .)
I loved it out there.
And this would be the trail which leads to the bottom
of the Grand Canyon. One can hike all the way across
the Canyon - North Rim to South. A beautiful but
strenuous hike.
By the way, I think it was 1988 last time I managed
to hike across the Canyon. One thing I do remember,
was needing long pants and a jacket and hat up on the rim where I started, and changing into shorts and a
T-shirt when I completed the first and worst of the
vertical drop. (To be young and indestructible again.)
