...I just don't care for the black guns. They lack the feel of wood and steel. They don't feel like they balance properly either. I do own a WWII M1 Carbine that shoots a 30 cal bullet. It would likely be classified as an assault weapon because it do have several 30 round magazines. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't buy it. I do own a springfield 1911 45 which is also wood and steel. Don't care for glocks. Tupperware guns! Very Happy

...history was changed more by the shooting of jfk with an old bolt action rifle and it could have been changed even more if the guy who shot Reagan with that revolver had been a better shot.

As to what others prefer, it doesn't matter to me. I just rather have a sniper rifle than a machine gun.

Out of curiosity, can you tell me what you mean when you say "assault weapon"? 'Cuz I'm over here thinking it's "any weapon used in an assault." Knives, for instance. And finger nails.
