I agree. But additionally, it would have had Nazi leaders looking over their shoulders constantly from about 1933 on. Common sense says that a leader tends to be a little less ruthless if he thinks that every step outdoors could well be his last.

As ruthless as the Nazis most certainly were, Jewish resistance armed with modern small arms more than likely would have been eventually crushed, BUT ... (1) at least it would have given them the opportunity to defend themselves and die on their own terms, rather than be herded into gas chambers or shot on the side of the road, and (2) they might have been able to cause such a disruption that forces from other countries might have then been drawn into the fray, which could have then resulted in a major hindrance to Nazi Germany's military build-up and the start of World War II.
