Can someone please explain this saying Sir Beldin just stated? I have no clue what freeze a Yankee means by driving 90 mph. I know. A little dense or innocent.

Ahhhhh yesssss ... causes me to fondly remember the good ol' days when there were many bumper stickers on vehicles traveling the Texas roadways that said, "Drive 90 mph and freeze a Yankee!"
