Indeed.

After reading it, I thought to myself, "how many hundred unpleasant employee meetings have I had over the past 35 years where I had to be the low key, quiet adult in the room?"

Difference was that I had the last word no matter how much fesces got slung and there was no need to let anyone get under my skin.

As I get older and am more unwilling to just take unlimited crap from mush heads who have no reservation of unloading all sorts of vile vulgarity upon you, I sometimes have simply had enough.

As my very first boss who was the Plant manager at a fortune 500 company told me "reasonable people can disagree reasonably".

I remembered that from a LONG time ago. Employed and embraced it. He was a very wise older man who took a shine to me.

The problem we have here, is that we are not dealing with just a radical liberal, and neither are we dealing with a reasonable individual.

I have tried to reason nicely with it.
I have been gentle and kind.

What I ultimately get is someone who mistakes kindness for being weak... One thing people ultimately regret is making that mistake with me. I will overlook it a few times but finally tire of it.

I agree with the sentiments of the article Zim.

I however do not believe that they make any change in the position or eyesight of the destructive, abusive, vulgar, filthy mouthed piece of excrement that has been here for no other purpose than to see how much strife and commotion it can possibly cause, using De's admirable goal of trying NOT to ban this clown.

I am patient and forgiving for awhile. Then when all else has been exhausted it is futile.

SO I hope you learned something from the article.

It works only if the other side is willing to exchange ideas and conversation civilly.

Done this for farrr tooo long.

My best to you my friend...

First, as strange as it may sound, real power comes from peace and composure. Once you become reactionary or emotional, you might as well pack it up. You're through, and you can take your facts with you.

Very true words.
I liked that entire article.
(Micro, I hoped you like it too.)

To answer Nigel's question . . .
I sat at the feet of the Masters and watched and
listened to them.

Zim.
