OCU temper tantrum ?

OCU seems to be having a temper tantrum about
Trump's objections to the Mueller witch hunt.


Out of curiosity . . .
I wander what OCU would call it if Trump was writing
legislation from the Oval Office?

You know . . .
Kind of like when Obama created DACA - by executive
order. Not legislative action - which is where such
a law should have been written.

Or if Trump was ordering federal agencies to do things
which congress is supposed to direct them . . .
Like Obama did when he directed the EPA to regulate
carbon emmissions - particularly heinous when the
congress failed to create legislation to do so.

Any body else have any other such actions they'd care to cite?
