...dunno if this is true or not, but I was told that on these "reverse mortgages" folks are getting into these days that everything the bank sends ya is deducted from whatever your equity in your home is. When your equity reaches zero ya get evicted even if ya are still alive. I have always suspected as much. If the deal was better for you than it is for the bank they wouldn't be offering it.
