Yes, the other driver is at fault. IF they have bare coverage it will still pay for the headlight assemblies. The minumum coverages are for other people, not themselves.

I spent almost a full year on my father's house. Then again, he and mother did not ever keep it up inside and they were oblivious to what RADON and MOLD are.... BAsement had plenty of both.
Upstairs was floor to ceiling wallpaper every single room. That ALL had to be stripped off. Bath rooms were a disaster.

Seems like your life has been spent on getting houses ready to leave, move into, etc lately..... I can see why you might be looking forward to getting some more work done in N.H. Then you guys can actually sleep knowing that you still have work ahead but you don;t have to kill yerselves to get it done...
