WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, and your ROBES of Righteousness from?
From YOUR own self righteousness or your good works?
NO!!!!
YOU are MADE RIGHTEOUS and GIVEN your RIGHTEOUSNESS from the LORD HIMSELF! IT IS HIS ROBES of RIGHTEOUSNESS that get PLACED UPON ALL BELIEVERS.
OUR righteousness is as FILTHY RAGS according to ISAIAH!
In ROMANS chapters 3 and 5 the Apostle PAUL states that NONE OF US are righteous, NO NOT ONE. WE HAVE NO righteousness. Not even the best person who ever lived.
GOD IS HOLY and RIGHTEOUS and ONLY GOD can GIVE YOU RIGHTEOUSNESS, A PURE AND CLEAN HEART, and make YOU acceptable unto HIM.
THAT is WHAT CHRIST DID FOR US ALL on the CROSS. ALL who come unto HIM are MADE RIGHTEOUS BY HIM because of the DIVINE BLOOD HE SHED on that Roman cross.
SO, if one wants to be made "right in GODS|"S SIGHT, acceptable unto HIM and want an eternal, everlasting HOME in Heaven forever, we ALL need to be made RIGHTEOUS BY HIM.....
