The fact that Antwon Rose was armed really is not in dispute, Zim ... he was riding in a car that was used to commit a drive-by shooting just a few minutes before the cops pulled them over. The cops found at least two firearms in the car. The only question now is whether Rose had a firearm on his person when he bailed out of the car and ran.
