I am very glad to hear your prognosis is good. Shoulders take a few months to get better. Let's face it, you use them a LOT. And they are LIFTIING heavy things multiple times a day.
UNLESS of course you are OLD like Ribs and DG and young and good looking like me! 
I am just exhausted from all the running and moving of furniture of my father's from about a 120 miles away in INdiana, to there, unload and set up one day and back there two days later after remodeling a bathroom and kitchen in between, and getting everything back out.
I found an affordable "independent living" apartment around the corner from my home at a brand new facility called "THE GLEN" which you can find online in cincinnati. Trilogy is the health group who is owner of this. SUPER NICE, brand new, affordable, one minte away from me, five minutes from my older brother.
SO, I have had to go find everything needed to furnish and equip and apartment for someone to actually live in it. Everything....
I still have a lot to get yet but I can see the end...
My Father moves in on Saturday July 7. So I have until then to have his new place completely ready for him to move into and have everything he needs to feel comfortable....
Tomorrow need to go get new Bath Towel bar to put closer to the walk in shower so he can grab his towel when done.
The one installed currently would be 8 feet away...
I got the new bed, mattresses and sheets and bedspread on the bed, nigh stand and lamp, and completely did the living area with new furniture today and equipped the kitchen with ALL the gadgets and essentials to clean up the dishes, have napkins and a holder, paper towels and holder, food in the pantry, silverware, just everything. Cannot buy the milk until Saturday the 7th.
Anyway, I am going nuts between this and my business.
I am going to go sit in my recliner, turn on television, and likely fall asleep after I take a pain pill for my back which is now killing me from too much lifting ..
