If Socialism is So Great, Why is Finland Scrapping it

Is Socialism a great idea until you run out of other people's money?

Norway owes its success to vast mineral wealth combined with a small population. They have managed that wealth better than most oil-producing nations, but its oil company is not entirely state-owned and you can buy shares in it [1]. Sweden has privatized its healthcare and education systems and has been enthusiastically liberalizing its economy for some time [2]. Denmark, Norway and Finland all feature in the top ten easiest places in the world to do business and Sweden is eleventh [3].

That is not socialism, it is just capitalism with a pretty bow on it. They have figured out how to implement a few left-wing ideas without draining the well dry, but they fully understand where the money comes from and how to keep it coming in. Companies have to make profits and investors have to be paid dividends. If you stop that, other people's money runs out soon enough.
