Greeks, have never seen downpours every few days, some for days, in the middle of summer, like they do this year. We are talking unbelievable weather. There have never been devastating floods in Athens neighborhoods in summer. Never. Everything is parched in the midfle of summer. This year they are digging cars out of mud.
