terms of 1.28 shares of ete for etp were slightly below my expectations [I was hoping for 1.32]....but significantly higher than the street expectations[1.15]...new company is going to be lights out the fastest growing major mlp in the market....I expect an immediate dividend bump up for the new stock of at least 10%....hold the new stock till at least 25....and probably more
