THIS JUST IN.
There were markings on a CAR made by a U.S. auto manufacturer, sold by a US auto dealership and leased by a rental car company in the US. The Car was used by a person of another nationality to run down civilians on sidewalks and anywhere else the driver could try to kill them.
OUR CAR, OUR VEHICLE, OUR GASOLINE, OUR ROADWAY, OUR CRIME.
Does anyone besides me see the sheer STUPIDITY of this????
Just because you made something, and was purchased by somebody else and YOU have no control over anything that it would be used for, how exactly is that laid at the feet of ANYONE except the people or person who actually used it to kill people that are inncocents?
The logic does not pass the smell test..
otherwise, every AUTO exec would be guilty of killing so many people with trucks or car bombs, or cars that were improperly used.
WHILE I do not condone bombing a school bus filled with children, the USAGE of that incident to portray both THIS COUNTRY and THE MAKER of the bomb as being guilty of committing murder of children, escapes me...
Guess we should go back to riding camels and horses...
