I couldn't get the Weber Sweet Cracked Pepper rub. There's only one supermarket within ten miles and it only had five rubs made by McCormick. I went with Sweet & Smoky. Otherwise, I'll be following your recipe.

I got about ten pounds of ribs at 99¢/lb. We'll see how they turn out.

crushed garlic, them smotherd thwe wole thing with brown sugar BBQ sauce. Let it sit for 3 hours then in the smoker. I should have lowered the heat

and given it 8-9 hours, would have been more tender, The one on the right fell off the bones the left could have been a lil more tender.
