It's 6 o'clock, so I decided to take a last look at the hibachi pot to see if the coals are almost out. Heh. Not only are they still going, but the temperature is up to 450°! I turned the air intake way down.

Impressive. I lit it with a single "chimney" of coals at 9:30. At this rate, the thing will still be hot at midnight. If the ceramic hibachi isn't the best charcoal grill on the planet, it can only be because the original clay model was even better.
