Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Decomposed - ALL good - while I kinda thought maybe your man card needed to be revoked I figured since you were so far north that, as a southern gentleman, I would cut you some slack Very Happy .99 a pound for country style 'ribs' is a good price and the more you cook the better you will get!!

OK - the King salmon is finished and WOW - I have cooked & smoked a lot of fish (and other critters except groundhog LOL) before yet this is one of the best ever! Kenny Bear's rub paired great with the salmon and I was going to make a salad. Pfffttt - I just ate a huge chunk straight out of the foil.

Ribs are on now and in several hours they will be ready!!
