LOL - Scooby prefers smoked salmon and he knows he will end up with a few tidbits of pork when it is finished. He devoured the King salmon I gave him and I only smoked it because it had thawed. The ribs are looking really good - low and slow sitting right at 225 right now and they should be ready in another hour or two.
